Chateau table setting

 

As you know we love a chic table setting so we were happy to see the table had been set in the dining room at Chateau Valencay.

Each place setting had it's own carafe, I thought this would be for water whereas French Boyfriend said it was for wine.  Either way it would be useful depending on your preference but if it is for wine, I would be putting a silver coaster under it so  the lovely tablecloth does not get ruined.

Speaking of lovely tablecloths, we purchased a beautiful one in Normandy at an antique fair, it has two fabulous double monograms.

Once it has been washed and pressed, you will be able to see it in our online boutique.
