A random act of kindness

 

Peonies, there is nothing in the world like them. 

My lovely neighbour presented me with these beauties yesterday, which were freshly picked from her garden.

Random acts of kindness are rare these days and we should never take them forgranted.

Did you know that there is a Random Acts of Kindness Foundation, they have a wonderful website which lists some acts that we can all do. 

Many of these are acts that we already carry out on a regular basis but there are also others that we can all adopt and they do not require a lot of effort yet will brighten another's day.
