Some last minute shopping

 

Unfortunately this stunning looking cake is not available for delivery but I have ordered the next best thing for French Boyfriend, a version made from chocolate.

We normally go away for Saint Valentine's day but this year we are spending it at home so I am planning on going all out this year. 

Hence I will be blowing up red balloons, sprinkling rose petals on the bed, making a fabulous dessert (yet to decide but it will probably involve chocolate in some form or another) and I may even have a go at making some special cocktails.

No doubt it will take me the rest of the week to plan the table setting, music and the special menu but a girl must do what a girl must do...
