I hope you had a lovely Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas and we are now preparing the house for our guests who are coming to celebrate New Years eve with us.

Today will be spent cleaning the house and most of tomorrow will be spent in the kitchen.

For those of you looking for a simple and tasty entree, this may just be the perfect recipe for you.



Avocado shrimp verrines


Preparation: 10 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Serves 6 

 Ingredients

2 small avocados

1/2 lime

1 tablespoon guacamole spice

Black sesame seeds

6 peeled prawns


Preparation

1. Mash the avocados.

2. Add the lime juice and guacamole spices.

If necessary, adjust the seasoning with salt or pepper.

3. Divide the mixture into the glasses.

4. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds (or chopped coriander according to your preferences)

Place a prawn in each verrine.
