Just thinking about this day brings tears to my eye and it is as though it happened yesterday.

On this day, exactly 21 years ago today I was working in New York as many of you already know.

It was a day that shook my world and it is a day I will never forget for as long as I live.

A time to remember those who died, those brave souls who served and those who carry on.
