The early bird

 

A busy weekend with not a lot to show for it.

That said,it was great to be out of the house early and profiting from the fresh, cool air before the heat arrived.

 

 

The first antiques market we visited  on Saturday was in a lovely setting overlooking a lake.  

Last year there were lots of sellers and a lot of goodies waiting to be purchased.

This year there were not a lot of sellers and we returned home empty handed.

Yesterday saw another very early start and although there were a lot of sellers, there was nothing that caught our eye.

Proof that the early bird does not always get the worm...
