French Cocktail recipe - Serendipity from the Ritz Paris

 

This week's reciped comes from one of the most famous hotels in Paris, the Ritz Paris.

It is simple to make and we will be making these this weekend.

 Serendipity 

Ingredients

20 ml of calvados

30 mll of apple juice

1 teaspoon of sugar

Fresh mint leaves

Champagne

Directions

Arrange the mint in a highball glass. Add the sugar, calvados and apple juice. Finish with champagne.
