Love is in the air♥


 

I recently purchased some miniature heart shaped tins, which I used for the first time yesterday.

Deciding what to make was the hardest part and I chose to use last weeks chocolate cake recipe, which I then smothered with a chocolate buttercream icing. I used a heart shaped cutter to make a hole in the middle, which I filled  with home made raspberry jam.

Or if you prefer, you could give the icing a miss and just sprinkle with icing sugar.
