In the mood to paint...

I purchased this fronton a long time ago and it has been sitting in the attic gathering dust.

Yesterday I decided that it has spent enough time hidden away and it is time to do something with it.

So out came a pot of my favourite Annie Sloan chalk paint and on went the first coat.

The second coat has just been applied and tomorrow I plan to give it a light sanding and finish with a coat of wax.

Hence I am in the mood to paint and enjoying every moment...
