French Food Friday - Pierre Herme 5 Ingredient Half Baked Chocolate Cake
Here is the recipe that I used earler in the week to make my chocolate lamb shaped cake.
It is lovely as it has a lovely fudgy centre, hence the reason it is referred to as half baked, mi-cuite in French.

Pierre Herme's 5 Ingredient Half Baked Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
250g of soft butter at room temperature
180g of sugar
200g eggs
70g sifted flour
250 melted chocolate
Method
Mix the ingredients in the order of appearance and pour into a buttered and floured cake tin. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30 to 35 minutes and leave to cool.
