Bon week-end

 

Our plans were to stop in Paris for a few days then the Loire Valley where we would visit a few Chateaux decorated for Christmas and then continue on to Normandy, where we would spend Christmas and New Year eating in fabulous restaurants and visiting museums. 

Shopping is always something we enjoy doing together, so of course we would spend some of our holiday shopping for last minute presents.

Alas thanks to a certain virus, this was not to be and we are spending the next couple of weeks, possibly longer at home in the Dordogne.

Like many others we will be thankful for all we have and enjoy looking at fabulous photos of the places we can visit when the virus is under control.
