A wedding bouquet

 

French boyfriend comes home from work and starts preparing dinner as it is his turn to cook.

Out of the blue he notices this pretty bouquet on the table and asks  where they have come from.

I tell him that our guest caught the bouquet at her brother's wedding and she cannot take it home with her on the plane so she gave it to me.

As a joke I say to him why, did you think they came from  an admirer, he says perhaps and I could have made up the story about the bride throwing the flowers and our guest catching them.

Lesson for the day, never accept flowers from a stranger even if it is one that caught them at a wedding...
