In the mood for some bling....

 

Bonjour mes belles,

I am in the mood for some bling and this is one of my favourite photos that I took  during our visit to  Versailles last year.

Another of my favourites is this photo of the hall of mirrors, this room is amazing and it really took my breath away....

Wow, what a fabulous idea and to think that this spectacular room would have been lit by candle light every day  prior to the invention of electricity. There were 3,000 candles so imagine the work involved.

Speaking of work, I had better go and so some.
