Love vintage grain sacks

Bonjour from a sunny and very warm SW France,

Look what I found in a carton in our attic yesterday. I thought that they had all been sold a long time ago but this one was in a carton with a lot of other items.

I first wrote about vintage grain sacks back in 2009 and nothing has changed since then.

They are great for decorating projects and in the past I have framed and displayed them on the wall, used them to make cushions and also to reupholster chairs.

One of our clients even used one to make a blind which is a great idea.
