French Food Friday - Tarte au Chocolat

I do not jnow about you but I am in the mood for some chocolate. 
You can make one chocolate tart or individual tarts. This is one of my favourite recipes and it comes from France Vogue.

Tarte Au Chocolat

For the dough
-250g flour
-125g butter
-5g salt
For the chocolate cream
-200g chocolate
-200g cream
-80g milk
-1 egg


For the dough: mix the flour, salt and chopped butter. Roll up and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Spread directly into the tart circle. The dough must be very crumbly. Bake in the oven at 170° for 20 minutes.

For the chocolate cream:  Heat the cream until almost boiling then add the chocolate, stir until melted. Add the milk and beaten eggs.          

Pour the chocolate cream into the baked tart and bake at 120° for about 20min. Leave to rest at the right temperature and eat without leaving it in the fridge.
