Swap places with us in the Dordogne for anywhere in the world
The charming village square which is 2 minutes walk away
Bonjour mes belles,
I have decided that if we do not start thinking about booking a holiday now, it will be too late and we will not be able to go anywhere. This week we have received a lot of réservations for 2018 and a couple for 2019 hence the reason for this post.
You will recall that in 2015 I posted a similar post to this and we ended up going to New Zealand which was fabulous. We limited our swap options to Australia nd New Zealand as I thought that it was time French Boyfriend expérienced life down under.
This time around we are flexible and we would consider anywhere in the world. As far as timing is concerned we are thinking around October,November, December as this is our quiet time and it is also a lovely time to visit the Dordogne and surrounding area.
Our accommodation is rated 9/9 on booking.com and is number one in our village on Tripadvisor. You can read our guests comments here and here.
Note we have a number of options available numbers wise as we have the two apartments at Maison No. 20.
or Maison No.26, which is a self contained town house just around the corner from Maison No.20.
So if you feel like living like a local in SW France, please get in touch.....
amicalement, Leeann x
We’re moving into a new condo in Fort Collins, CO in April, and are certainly willing to discuss a trade. Fort Collins is one hour north of Denver, and is home to Colorado State University and many craft beer breweries; a great many restaurants, and a beautiful Old Town area that is magical in December. Many Rocky Mountain ski slopes are within an hour. Boulder, home of University of Colorado is 45 minutes, and is a beautiful small city. Santa Fe is straight down I-25 (7 hours), and a can’t miss U.S. destination.
ReplyDeleteHello. I have a duplex house in New London, Connecticut which serves both as my home (on one side) and as a vacation rental property (on the other side). New London is located on the eastern coast and is halfway between New York and Boston with an easy drive to either. To see the house, check out my listing on homeaway or vrbo (#3564490). This area is mainly a summer vacation spot but the location of my house and town allows for much easy exploration of New England. Nearby are Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, the gilded age mansions of Newport, several historic properties as well as the ferries to Fisher's Island, Block Island, Long Island, Martha's Vineyard. I would definitely be interested in a swap. Let's keep in touch and talk! Regards!
