Easter is on the way...

I am not sure about you but I am looking forward to Easter.

Tulips, chocolate and perhaps even some hot cross buns if I get around to making them...the pressure is on as we had some very good hot cross buns whilst we were in New Zealand, but I will try my best!

    mmmm.... hot cross buns. what a good idea. I made those years ago, sounds like I need to do that again.

    I used to look forward to Easter when I was a kid growing up in Paris because my mom would buy me some really good chocolate rabbits or eggs. But here (in the US) I don’t like the chocolate as much – it is a lot sweeter – they rarely have bittersweet chocolate eggs like in France.
