To all of you who kindly asked how the painting is going - it is still going and is a bit like the velo :-)
It is very very hot here and this is not helping the paint dry as it is staying tacky!
I am hoping to have it completed mid next week as we have a full house at Maison de Poitiers for the next few days. Painter and Maid - not a very glam job title but I am sure with a little creativity we can make a better one up!
