Homemade Potato Gnocchi

Bonjour from a freezing SW France,

It is still chilly here but it should be warmer next week.

This week I made gnocchi for the first time and could not believe the difference in the taste compared to the fresh gnocchi we buy from the super market.

I used this recipe from "An Italian in my Kitchen" and found the instructions easy to follow.

Note I have had to use Rosemary's photo as French Boyfriend ate the portion that I was planning to take a photo of.

My plan is to make a larger batch this weekend  as I would like to keep some in the freezer as it will be better than buying it from the supermarket.
