The word "adieu" is a word that I do not like, perhaps it is because I am one of those people who do not like goodbyes.  I prefer "au revoir" which roughly translate to see you again.

We were sad to hear that Francoise Hardy passed away on Tuesday.

She was truly one of a kind. Her spirit will live on and she will be forever in our hearts ♥
