Weekend tresors

 Wow Tuesday morning already, I am not sure what happened to Monday. I hope you had a lovely weekend, ours was spent hunting for tresors.

French Boyfriend did not find as many as he would have liked but I found quite a few lovely objects.

One of my favourite finds is the  vintage florentine portrait of  the  famous Reinnasance painting, La Vergine Adorante. Artist, Fillipino Lippi, which is rendered with  stunning Italian Florentine gold leaf gilt on a wooden  frame.

From the same seller comes this fabulous and large Vintage religious triptych of the Virgin Mary and child Jesus and Archangels. presented in a triptych frame made from wood with a gold leaf finish.

Next up are a set of 3  stunning never used vintage tea towels with hand embroidered JA initials.

My first find of the day was this fabulous and very heavy antique late 1800's French Cast Iron Door Knocker/ Door Pull.

Other additions include some fabulous ormolu curtain holders, 3 paires have been listed and more  singular ones will be listed today.
