A new meaning to wash day...

{photo from elle decoration}

I think that this photo gives a whole new meaning to wash day, don't you?

Love the neutral colours, aganist the natural very green back drop, they look fabulous.
Speaking of washing, it is back to the ironing I must go.

Wishing you all a fabulous week, je vous souhaite un semaine fabuleux.....Leeann x

  2. Impressive, but I am assuming you took this picture in the spring or summer? La Dordogne can't be that warm right about now, and the laundry would take a while to dry... I would not attempt it in Seattle during winter months, that's for sure-- or maybe for an additional rinse?! ;-) Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

  3. Beautiful. I remember hanging pieces out to dry, and you are correct, an entire new meaning.

  5. Oh yes Leeann - I think even I would enjoy that kind of washday!!!

    When I buy old linen, I really love washing it carefully in Softly and I look at it lovingly on the line, waiting to iron it (sprayed with lavender water of course)!!

    Have a wonderful week - do come and meet my latest angel (1 week old)!!!

    hugs
