vendredi fleurs..

{lovely windowsill, St Emilion, France - photo taken by me}

It is chilly here and our guests from New Zealand are certainly feeling the cold. My French teacher asked why New Zealanders are referred to as kiwis as she thought that we named after kiwi fruit, but I have not put her right about the lovely bird that does not fly and only comes out at night. It is called a kiwi and we are named after it!

Wishing you all a week-end fabuleux....

  6. Your new b/w wallpaper is a lovely addition to your blog. Beautiful flowers. Can't get enough of your photos and items on France. After 5+ weeks of travel mostly in France, I returned to the U.S. mid-December kicking and screaming.
