Friday again.....

{beautiful peonies -pivoines in French, at a local flower market}

I cannot believe that it is Friday already. Another week has whizzed past again, I am hoping that next week moves more slowly as then I can get more done.

Does anyone know how to slow down time, if so, please let me know how to do this.

Wishing you all a weekend full of beautiful things/Je vous souhaite à tous un week-end plein de belles choses..

  1. What stunning flowers! My peony bushes are not looking the best so it may be a while before I see blooms like this in my garden.

  12. It is a flowerful kind of day on my blog, too. Ironically, I am also trying to work on slowing down. We cannot slow down time, we can slow do our movements and thoughts and be in the moment. And take time to linger, linger over thoughts ... smells ... sights ... even problems. Let it sit. And sit with it. That's what I am trying to do!

  13. Slow do? I meant slow down our movements ...

    LOL - maybe "Slow Do" can be a new phrase! I must slow down my typing and catch my errors before I post a comment.

  17. Dear LeeAnn
    those peonies are truly MAGNIFIQUES..! Maybe if we don't think too much about the time that "passe si vite" we can slow it down a bit? mm.. don't think it's so simple so.. let's just enjoy every moment !
    Bon weekend !

  19. I am learning how to live in the present and whilst it is not slowing down time I do seem to have more! I remember my Grandmother telling me that time went faster the older you got (mine is now whizzing through my fingers! But I also remember my then eight year old daughter telling me that the year had gone so quickly she hadn't had time to get to know her teacher!! I guess it's all relative just enjoy each and every moment! xo
