A bee and peony festival sounds like my type of celebration. Bees are critical for the survival of out planet, but their numbers are dangerously low due to the red mite and toxic farming practices. I used to keep bees when younger. Robbing their hives was always a tricky business and eventually landed me in hospital. However, I'm now contemplating getting a new type of hive - designed in Australia - that can be made to automatically release the honey. Bon week-end.
